Former President Donald TRUMP has initiated a $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS and Treasury Department, alleging unauthorized disclosure of his tax information during his first term. The legal action, filed in Florida court, names Trump's sons Donald Jr. and Eric as supporting parties.

The case centers on claims that the IRS failed to safeguard confidential tax records, resulting in leaks by former employee Charles Littlejohn. Littlejohn was previously sentenced to 5-6 years imprisonment for disclosing thousands of private tax documents, including those of high-net-worth individuals.

Trump's legal team asserts the leak represents a fundamental breach of taxpayer privacy protections. The lawsuit comes amid ongoing scrutiny of cryptocurrency tax reporting requirements, though no digital asset connections appear in this particular case.
